UK Shipping

UK Standard delivery – Royal Mail First Class Delivery – we aim to deliver within 3-5 working days.  All small orders up to the value of £50.00 will cost £1.00 per order for shipping within the UK. The majority of small packages will be shipped by Royal Mail First Class Delivery.  Larger packages (ie Dartboards and Dartboard Surrounds) will be a fixed shipping cost of £4.99 and will be shipped by Courier which may require a signature upon delivery.

UK Free Shipping – Orders which total £50.00 and over will qualify for Free Shipping within the UK.
Should you require shipping to Northern or Southern Ireland, please be aware that delivery will fall under our International Delivery section.

UK Recorded Delivery – If you want proof that your item was delivered then opt for this service. The charge for this is £2.25 and the same delivery times as first class mail still apply. Please note you will have to sign upon delivery. (Any orders over £50.00 will be sent by Recorded Delivery or Courier and will be paid for by Solar Darts).

UK Special Delivery Next Day – If your delivery is urgent, then use this service as it guarantees delivery within the UK by 1pm the next working day. The cost for this will be calculated at Check out.  This does not apply to Weekends and Bank Holidays.

UK Same Day Shipping – If you place your order before 12.00 noon, we will process and ship your order the same day (except weekends and holidays). Standard delivery times will still apply.

International Shipping

International Delivey – Royal Mail First Class International Delivery. Delivery times may vary. Please note that we are unable to ship large items such as Dartboards/Dartboard Surrounds to addresses outside the UK in small quantities at the present time.

Returns & Refunds

No Quibble Returns:

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.  Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Original invoice (or photocopy) must be included with all returns with a note stating reason for return and action to take i.e Refund/Exchange.
Refunds - full refund including original shipping fees will be processed within 30 days of item being received at our warehouse.
Exchanges - We will process exchanges subject to stock availability. If item requested is out of stock a full refund will be processed.
Return postage costs are the buyer's responsibility and cannot be reimbursed under any circumstance.
We advise you to use recorded delivery, or a delivery service that can be tracked and traced as parcels that do not arrive back to us cannot be refunded by us
