1. We only stock quality

At Solardarts.com we are investigating thousands of products every year and we are commited to bringing you the best available darts products into our store.  A lot of the products you will have seen before, but they are in our store because we think they are great.  We are also committed to bringing new ideas to solardarts.com over the coming years.

Why? 

Because we believe passionately about darts and that all dart players deserve awesome equipment at any playing level.

 2. Reviews

We are going to review as many products as as possible so that you are informed as much as we can about the products that you are about to buy.  

The reviews will be done in our own special way, Watch this space.

3. Same day shipping

If you order withus before 2pm GMT you order will be shipped the very same day.  Unfortunately this does not mean that you will receive your order the same day because this is not yet possible unless you are in walking distance to us!

Dont worry if it is after 2pm GMT your order will be top of the list to be shipped the very next available business day.

 4. Know your purchase

You need to know what you are buying is right for you.  Here at Solardarts.com we will give you as much information as possible about each product.  We dont just want to copy and paste manufacturers blurb we also want to give our darts expertise and professional views regarding each particular product.  

All products that make it on our site will receive the "Flash" stamp of approval.

 5. Customer service

If you are not satisfied then we are not satisfied.  At Solardarts we want you to have a great experience shopping with us.  Any feedback is great for us as we will aim to improve our service to you on all levels from products, ease of shopping and to speaking to real people who are behind the scenes of the website.  We are real and not just some cyber shop with no face, we want you to know who we are and what we are about.

We will try to answer all your quieries as quick as possible by email or phone. We do opporate in standard buisness hours from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday GMT time.

 6. We stock everything we sell

Every product is stored so if it doesn't say out of stock we have it.

If we dont stock a particular product then drop us an email or if you want to buy bulk at trade prices give Adrian a call on 02920 887 518 to discuss your requirements.

 7. We ship Worldwide

Solar Darts ships worldwide so dont worry if you are not in the UK.  We ship worldwide with Royal mail's airmail service.  Click here for details.

 8. Payment Option's

We have lot's of payment options for you to choose from.  All major credit and debit cards ar accepted and paypal if you wish.  Unfortunately we do have to charge for our great products although it would be great to be able to give them away.
